  So these people sent me a bill in October of 2017 for services done in April of 2015. When i call to ask what this was about, they said they don't send bills out less than $20 until the end of the year. So, the money doesn't matter to you until the end of the year (2.5 years later) and now you want me to pay it. Oh and you cant go on-line to pay it because that link is messed up. Wow, this place has it together - NOT!
